The labels are provided as a nicked ( crack off) strip. The labels are .012" thick aluminum with an acrylic adhesive on the back ( paper release). The aluminum is factory coated with a white laser darkenable coating. The proposed marker will (onsite) mark the labels with data which may be downloaded , or operator entered.

 
 

After marking, the marker automatically applies a transparent cover layer and cuts the separations between the labels so that they may be individually cracked off.

 
 

The resultant labels will survive 425 deg. F ( 218 deg C) curing ovens for 20 minutes ...
